Wellbeing Workshops
Wellbeing Workshop
Work shapes how people think, feel and live - often more than we realise. At Eunoia, we see wellbeing not as a perk, but as a performance essential. In environments of high pressure and constant complexity, it’s easy for teams to become lost in targets, data and good intentions, and pressures at home often add to the load.
We draw on research and personalised real life insight to bring the focus back to the human mind at work, helping organisations prioritise psychological clarity, emotional health and sustainable performance, creating environments where people can think clearly, feel freely and perform effectively.
When people are supported to work in ways that match how their mind functions, wellbeing, culture and results all improve.
Our wellbeing training helps people identify what’s quietly draining their capacity to help them perform at their best, turning insight into practical changes that strengthen clarity, communication and wellbeing. This enables them to bring their full professional selves to work, lifting morale and performance while reducing turnover, absence and the hidden costs of an overwhelmed workforce.
Team Wellbeing workshop: Overview of Training
Designed for professionals at every level, this training uses participants’ personal insights to help them identify their energy gainers, drainers, preferences and blind spots, enabling them to stay energised, focused and productive throughout the working day. Building habits that support wellbeing and long term resilience; essential when balancing the different expectations placed on them at work and in life.
Participants will explore how the many different hats they wear in their day to day life can impact on their energy and learn how to incorporate healthy boundaries to support their wellbeing both at work and home. In addition they will be able to recognise and communicate when they need support.
Team Wellbeing workshop and activity day
To show the importance of taking time for yourself we can turn this into a wellbeing day.
Starting with the workshop as the ‘theory’ aspect, you can end the day with a practical activity or choice of activities to allow staff to pause and reset.
Choose from a selection to meet your teams; a mindfulness session, sound bath, yoga or creative exercise are just a few ideas on offer.
