Menopause Awareness Workshops
Built for the people in your organisation - all of them
Menopause Awareness
This is no longer a nice to have.
From April 2027, UK businesses with 250 or more employees will be legally required to demonstrate their commitment to menopause support in the workplace. For smaller organisations, the expectation and the reputational risk of getting it wrong is already here.
Around 13 million women in the UK are currently perimenopausal or postmenopausal, yet menopause remains a topic which still gets underdiscussed in many workplaces and communities.
Research shows that one in ten women have left work because of menopausal symptoms, while many more report that menopause has affected their confidence, wellbeing and performance at work, often when they are at the peak of their careers.
With women over 50 representing a significant proportion of today's workforce, organisations that do not provide appropriate menopause support risk losing valuable experience and talent. This can contribute to increased staff turnover, recruitment costs, absenteeism, reduced employee engagement and potential legal or employee relations challenges.
There is also growing recognition of the need for employers to support colleagues experiencing menopause. The impact on your organisation, team and culture is real, whether it is being talked about or not.
As a licensed trainer with Hormones on the Blink, our workshops deliver practical and engaging menopause awareness workshops that help participants:
Understand the physical and psychological impact of menopause
Recognise common symptoms and their effect on work and everyday life
Learn about available support and reasonable workplace adjustments
Build confidence in having open and supportive conversations
Most importantly, our workshops help people realise they are not alone.
Through Hormones on the Blink, we help organisations create a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture around menopause and hormone health. By increasing understanding and awareness, businesses can improve employee wellbeing, retain experienced talent, reduce absence and create an environment where people can continue to thrive throughout every stage of their career.

Why Hormones on the Blink
Training that goes deeper than awareness.
Hormones on the Blink training is different because it goes beyond the basics. It combines lived experience with science and research and the very real differences in how menopause is experienced across cultures and ethnicities.
It is engaging, not dry. Honest, not clinical. And it is designed to leave people feeling informed and empowered, not overwhelmed.
As a licensed Hormones on the Blink training partner, Amanda Atkinson delivers this programme with the same warmth, depth and authenticity that defines the HOTB approach alongside 25 years of experience in workplace training and a deep understanding of how organisations and the people within them actually work.
Menopause awareness training is for every organisation that employs people — because menopause affects not just those experiencing it, but the colleagues, managers and teams around them.
It is particularly timely for;
Organisations with 250+ employees preparing for the 2027 legislative requirements
HR and people teams wanting to build a credible, compliant menopause strategy
Managers who want to support their teams but don't know where to start
Organisations where female majority teams are common and the conversation is often long overdue
Any workplace where people matter and where losing good people to something preventable is not an option
Who is this training for?
Whether you are planning ahead for 2027, responding to something happening in your team right now, or simply want to understand what your options are I would love to have a conversation.
